Kerry asks FCC to restrict NRA's speech

Liberal Deomcratic Senator of Massachusetts, John Kerry,a long time opponent of the second ammendment's protection of the right of Americans to self defense wasted no time in demanding the FCC prevent the National Rifle Associationfrom claiming a media exemption to the free speech restrictions of the McCain-Feingold campaign Finance Law. Under the law, that has now been upheld bythe Supreme Court in a shrply divided ruling, campaign advertising attacking a candidates positions on issues sixty days before an election is illegal except for professional news organizations
