CBS's troubles deepen

Shocking new information may well finish the credabilty of CBS's news under its current leadership. There is word that someone with the organization provided an introduction to the Kerry campaign for Bill Burkett, the source of the documents that allege undue influence was used for George Bush while he was in the Texas Air National Guard. It is now known that those papers are forgeries. It is being speculated that Producer Mary Mapes called former Clinton press secretary Joe Lockhart and asked him to get in touch with embittered former National Gaurd officer. If true it means that CBS has attempted to improperly influence the presidential election.
