Contradicting the testimony of those supporting the controverial Law of the Sea Treaty. Former Reagan national security advisor, Judge Clark and former attorney general, Ed Meese say their boss would never have supported the treaty as it is now even with changes. The two say that Reagan was unhappy with with the basic idea of a few selected international bureaucrats dictating to the world how it would use the oceans.
