Former Army officer calls Kerry a bald faced liar

“You are a bald faced unprincipled liar and a disgrace, and you have dishonored me and all my fellow Vietnam Veterans.” Those hard words for John Kerry come from a former Special Forces officer who served in Vietnam. Don Bendell fought with a Special Forces A” team on the Ho Chi Minh trail from 1968 to 1969. Speaking of Kerry’s claim to have witnessed atrocities committed by US forces Bendell says, “Why is there not a single record anywhere of you reporting an incident like this or having the perpetrators arrested? The answer is simple you are a liar.” Bendell also holds Kerry responsible for covering up live sightings of POW’s held after the end of the war saying, “you personally quashed the efforts of any and all veterans to report sightings of living POW’s when you held those reins in Congress.” In a parting shot Bendell says of Kerry’s war decorations, “Medals don’t make a man, morals do.”
