Retired Green Beret calls Kerry on Vietnam claims

The flap over John Kerry’s anti-US protests during the war in Vietnam may only be starting to pick up steam. Retired Green Beret and combat veteran Ted Stamply is so offended by what he sees as Kerry’s dishonesty about the war and those who fought in it that he has started a website called VietnamVeteransAgianstJohnKerry.com. Says Stamply, “ From my experience of two combat tours in Vietnam, I never witnessed anything like (Kerry) described anywhere and if I had, I would not allowed it to happen.” Stamply went on to say, “In order to get where he is today, to run for president, John Kerry had to wade through the blood of American servicemen still on the battlefield in 1971.”
